InnovaCare Health Restructures by Introducing Penelope Kokkinides for Better HealthCare Systems

It goes without saying that organizational restructuring largely contributes to the success of a company. While many cases of organization restructuring involve downsizing, InnovaCare restructured the health care unit by increasing the number of executive employees. In 2016, InnovaCare announced that it was admitting three key executives. Among the leaders was Penelope Kokkinides. Penelope came in as the chief administrative officer of the company. Initially, she had worked in several government medical care institutions. She, therefore, has a vast experience in the field. Penelope is equipped with the knowledge for executing clinical programs and monitoring health care processes as well as operations. Her primary focus in the health sector has been to improve efficiencies as well as organizational infrastructure.


Penelope has been an executive official in many health care organizations. Before joining InnovaCare Health, she was the vice president of Centerlight HealthCare. She also served as the chief operating officer in the same organization. Her principal responsibilities included overseeing the overall management of the organization. Rick Shinto

Richard Shinto is the managing director and chief executive officer of InnovaCare health. The holder of a medical degree is an alumnus of the State University in New York City. He also has an MBA from Redlands University. His twenty years experience in the medical care system began in the 1990s. He was an executive vice president at MedPartners between 1996 and 1997. He later joined Cal Optima as the chief medical officer. Between then and 2008, he was the chief operating officer of Aveta Inc. His responsibilities included overseeing the general operations of the organization. When Aveta Inc was sold, he was appointed the chief executive officer of InnovaCare Health. He currently serves there. He is the overall decision maker.

Julie Zuckerberg: An Executive Recruiter

Julie Zuckerberg is an executive recruiter with a decade of experience in the industry. She is currently the Executive Recruitment Lead at the Deutsche Bank based in New York. She has a degree in Philosophy from the City University of New York- Brooklyn College. Julie also attended New York Law School.


Her career started soon after completing college in 2002 when she joined the Hudson Company as the Director of Candidate Placement. She was with the company for five years, and she was responsible for recruiting attorneys, case managers, paralegals and support staff for both temporary and permanent positions. She was also responsible for employee counselling and conflict resolution. Julie worked as the link between employees and clients to resolve the problems that were between them.


Soon after leaving Hudson in 2007, she joined the Citi group. She worked for the company for six years, and she held two positions. She was first working as the Executive recruiter for the Citi Global functions where she was responsible for recruiting senior staff. She was later promoted to the position of the Executive recruiter for the Citi Consumer Bank. Julie counselled the managers on creating job descriptions and position specifications. She managed the retained search firms and fee negotiation and their client vetting.


Julie left the company in November 2013, and in the same month, she joined the New York Life Insurance Company as the Cooperate Vice President of the Company.


It was after leaving the insurance company that he joined the Deutsche Bank. For one year she was the Vice President, the Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition. She was responsible for hiring the managers and business partners. She was later promoted to the position of the Executive Talent Acquisition Lead for the Private, Wealth and Commercial Clients, Asset Management and GTO. She also held the position for one year. Julie was responsible for collaborating with the business leaders of the bank. She was also responsible for leading negotiations of the managing director levels. Julie provides leadership to the recruiters and coordinators in the bank.


She is a firm believer of the recruiting the right people so as to enhance the success of the different companies. In addition to recruitment, she has developed other great skills including; talent management, executive search, leadership, interviewing skills, strategy, conflict resolution and behavioral interviewing.
