While Becker was working for NaviSite and ZINIO he got the idea for Madison Partners, LLC. He came very interested in working with real estate markets and new advancements in technology. He sold NaviSite in 2011. To begin working in real estate he invested in condominiums in major cities like New York and Miami. Becker learned a lot about startup bio tech companies in those areas. He was very interested in different forms of bio technology. Becker has learned how advancements in the economy have made a difference in civilian’s lives.
Becker now has a lot of freedom throughout the day as he is not strapped down to a chair in an office for set a amount of hours each day. No more of that nine to five duties with set conference times. Since he is not in an office all day he gets more time to go out and explore the different areas of real estate in New York and Florida. Becker is just about done with his project of building some Town Houses in New York, reports the Real Deal. Next he will focus on building some luxury condominiums in Tribeca.
